Southwest Sunflower with a navy blue faux lapis stone in the center, and a traditional Native American flower design. Matte finish with slight shine, looks old. 7/8" diameter. Shank loop on the back has an opening around 2mm.  Made in USA by expert concho button artisans, but this batch is not what we'd originally planned.  It's less domed, and a bit larger than intended. So, it's a great deal. It was supposed to be #SW-223, with more of a dome.
